Newly revitalized, the hill is a program full of culture for tourists and locals

In the middle of the port of Rio de Janeiro, the Morro da Conceição stands out like a jewel among the construction sites that are still part of the landscape of the region that is under a huge renovation process. With its narrow streets and buildings dating from the colonial period, the hill keeps not only important part of the Rio's history but also the history of Brazil. The area where the initial occupation of the city occurred in the sixteenth century, was rediscovered with the restoration of the surrounding historical monuments and recently, with the opening of the Museum of Art of Rio that is built at the foot of the hill. The remarkable history of the area makes it as a tourist attraction full of culture and away from common roadmap South Zone.

The House

The house is located in the most traditional street of the Conceição Hill, City Center of Rio. Conceição Hill is an unspoilt historical part of Rio and a place where many artists have chosen to have their Art Studio.

It is a historical neighbourhood where many houses are cultural and historical heritage of the country due to the Portuguese colonial architecture, the history of the place and all the tradition involved in the area . It is just 50 metres away from the Conceição Fortress and under the constant surveillance of the soldiers . Therefore, it has been pointed out as one of the safest area of Rio.

Why is it the best place to stay during the Fifa World Cup ?

Because the house is only 5 Km away from Maracana Stadium or 5 subway or train stations to it.

Why is it the best place to stay during the carnival ?

Because the center of the city is where the greatest carnival blocos perform and where there is the school of samba parade .

Why is it the best place to stay at anytime ?

Because we are in the city center of Rio where buses, subway, metro and train are available and you can go to any part of the city, state and country.
